HEY GUYS? What does the publish means? Is it different from just .html file?

Question

I'm confuse if how can I make my html like "www.myhtml.com"? or it just means that i still have to learn more about html and css and othere languages before publishing my page?

@rookie ..... what exactly u want u say .....
from my opinion u are asking about how to publish your code ...isn't it.....??? if yes ....then its very simple .....when you complete your code .....then go on right top side u see a button to publish it just click on it and your code is publish now ..... try it....
