am confused about which programming languages must I select for backend coding on my website...how could you advise me, what programming languages must I go and what are the advantages of choosing such a language

it's dedicated to server-side and is widely used:
easy to grasp too!
also,
some SQL basics will help:
and be familiar with HTML.

if you know JavaScript well choose node.js. as I said with js background you can do the best.
