To creat games with unity you must know two thingh c# and photoshop i will give you example if you want to creat game you must desgin the graphics with photoshop and with c# you will creat code to your game like moving object and so on.

another well known program is unreal engine 4 but I'm not sure if it uses c#. I think it does.
