How it would be if our community(sololearn) try to stop the ransomware attack(cyber crime) ??

Noble idea, but a hard challenge. Since most of the people here can barely program, or even write somewhat safe code, this won't be possible. And be sure: lots of universities with high capabilities in coding and mathematically proven code are working on this topic.
