Add many quiz in quiz factory can be a kind of Tactic?

Question

If someone register quiz(quiz about regexp, pointer, vector etc... some hard things that they know well).

Would it be an advantageous tactic?
Or just cheating?

Oh, I get it now. Well, as only a limited number of questions are accepted on each concept, it would only be a little advantage.

Quizzes based on concepts which are not covered in courses will be declined.

No No I didnt mean bad question(like quiz that only he knows)
All man has his favorite(i mean advantage) topic in language.

Hmm, even if I'm good with pointers, it's kinda hard to come up with enough questions on the topic for challenges to be beneficial to me. So no worries on quiz submissions being abused.

... They no longer accept my pointer questions. :<
