I feel I am having a terrible month in coding.

I am learning web development and all I learn and know is HTML and minimum CSS in one month.

Be focused. Successful programmers like Bill Gates never gave up. If they did, they wouldn't be great people. Keep learning and make sure that you create something new everyday. Good Luck.

don't give up, I'll suggest you master html5 and css3 well, they are very much powerful now. Then later dive into JavaScript.
