What is the difference between a coder and a programmer?

I've been reading a lot of questions and answers, but I can't figure out what to call what I do. please share your opinions.

Programmer, Coder, Developer and other similar words mean the same thing. Generally are used for define people that professionally works in the world of programmation, there are words more specifics like "Software Engineer" or "Web Developer" and we can found differences beetwen them, but for this exists Google. So, to my opinion, coder is not a bad example of programmer as many think. Please, use the Search Bar, your question has already been done.

@Maz so, if I use c# to make games, I would be classified as a "game developer", but still a programmer, coder, etc.
