If there any solution to see notifications half an hour once.. notifications are just distracting lot of people on their way....

there is no option for that yet.
but you can turn off push notification.
you can check recent notification after you log in. Thats way, it won't distract you. that is what i am doing week ago.

use do not disturb mode
and set it to 30mins that way the sound of notifications wouldn't distract
