1- HTML for building web page 2- CSS for giving bueaty to your web page 3- javascript for functionality 4-SQL if you want to make database And if you need more for your web page, you will know while learning

yes. but sql will NOT be much of use without some server side language that will manage it.

Maybe some say it's foolish, but firstly try to build your website by using e.g. Webflow. It let you visualize the structure of HTML as well as find out how css properties like margin, padding affect the website instantly.
