how can i add horizontal space between two forms in HTML?

Say one form is Username and other is Passkey, and both are side to side (as i am not using <br/>). Now if I want to add space between these two forms, what to use?

yes you can place both forms in two div tag like this when you are using bootstrap CSS <div id="row"> <div id="col-lg-4> <!--form one goes here --> </div> <div id="col-lg-4> <!--horizontal space --> </div> <div id="col-lg-4> <!--form two goes here --> </div> </div>

You can use a non-breaking space (&nbsp;) if you want to assure they get separated no matter what.

thanks for the ans. I am new to html and could not properly manage to work correctly with the codes suggested by you all. so I used table tag to add some space between my two forms. it's working ok. I need to fine tune the spacing though. thanks again for the help. <table> <tr> <td> <form> <input type="text" name="username" /> </input> </form> </td> <td> </td> <td> <form> <input type="password" name="password" /> </form> </td>
