C++ has many many libraries to learn, which also include GUI libraries. Start out with the book "C++ Game Programming For Beginners", then move up from there. There is a lot to game programming, not to mention tools, like Unreal Engine. You have a long way to go, be patient. If you want to see some more immediate results to your programming, download the open source version of Qt Creator, and the book "Game Programming Using Qt". Happy coding friend! :)
