Add CSS, JS, JQUERY - and you are FrontEnd developer(almost).
Anyway, you can still use this knowledge for debugging while working as sysadmin or developing/maintaining sites with commonly known CMS: like Wordpress, Drupal, Jumla, etc(php + mysql required).

Or it can become basis for moving to BackEnd programming: with Node.JS, PHP, Python, whatever.
