Books were old ways. I am not saying that they are a way but not fast way. Watching videos are really cool cause we know that visual learning best way of remembering especially when you compare with reading. Apps makes it easier to access from anywhere ;that is wht I like SoloLearn. But the truth best way to learn is always practicing.I am suggesting you to follow github and start one project at least find a project that you can participate and fork in it.

Practical way first (including making apps, tasks, quizzes), then everything else. Practice is the basis; books, videos etc are additional resources that help you to become better at some point, but without practice, it just doesn't make sense.

this is a very individual matter, books are very good for looking up things, but usually we do that with Google today, watching videos can be very helpful but also not, it depends on the video maker and also on your attention, apps are also only as good as the content and usually don't cover everything, practice is the most important thing of all
