I am yet to blog on Compiler design techniques and problem solving in parsers. It'll be up very soon.

C is most preferred language for creating your own language or operating systems you'll also need to download loaders and linkers to link C file and Assembly codes.
But in my blog, I've posted a code for Assembly code generator which plays a prominent role in the backend of the compiler. I've used Python to create that code generator. So far it generates code only for arithmetic expressions.
