What language to start on?

Question

I'm a freshman in highschool and want to learn programming. I've only done Scratch and a little bit of stuff on game maker. (we did a little python but it was all by packet and I hardly remember anything). I want to create games and eventually learn C++, but that's a difficult language I've heard. So what should I start with?

acc to me c is the best language to begin with. but as it is not available with sololearn you should try getting it with some alse software.
