Can people really became programmers, if the start learning at 30?

Most resources say, that programmers' age is 20-30. Is it too late to start learn programming languages at 30?

I'm 39. I have a Masters in Education but there is no money in education. So, here I am... learning again. I hope to be a front-end-dev by the end of the year. I've been coding about 2 months now. I'm confident in html and css and getting better at javascript and jquery.

It's not always too late to learn. As long as you can think then you can learn. In fact I know of a programmer that started learning at late 30's and he's doing well right now.
