What is the best and easiest as a local server? Wamp or Xampp?

Wamp requires some configuration options while installing (eg the email account used by php to send emails/sms etc...). Xampp you hav to set those configuration settings manually after installation.

For a long time I used XAMPP, but taken over by Bitnami and they push too many programmes at you, also became less stable. I have used 64,-bit WAMP for the past year with no problems.
