Between those two languages tagged in your question (html and c++), it is C++ without any doubt: programming languages (html is not) are not permissive as can be Html (in particular), in addition to require more learn time than no-programming languages (mainly most simpler in their syntax, they doesn't require as much logical than programming languages)...

Brainfuck, Assembly, I'd say the hardest on SoloLearn is C++.
