How do I stop answers to a question I responded to from showing up in my notifications?

They don't show up in my push nofications but still show up in my notifications in app and it is annoying.

click the star in the bottom left corner of the question in question ☺

Tap on the star next to the question.

THANK YOU! I said something on a seemingly very popular thread (the one with smaznet) and it was driving me crazy :)
It happened before, and then I just deleted my answer/comment, but now somebody responded to me and I didn't want to let them look like they were talking to no one.
