Which language do you prefer for backend web development, between Ruby on rails and Python?

As is web frameworks available for Python, from full integrated high level as Django (comparable to Rails for Ruby) to minimalistic Bottle, through middle solutions as Flask ^^

Answer is mostly directly related to the choice (personal preference / already skills) between Ruby and Python languages ;)
