In my opioids, There is no any easy programming language ,commrade. It depends on your beliefs, preferences, lifestyle etc. Ttry to learn the "basics" of several languages: python, ruby, java ​​for example. So just learn/practise what would u like . Good luck;)

I started with python since I felt 'c' hard to understand. now I'll learning CSS 😅

For me it's vb.net it's filled with designer view options where one can design the app or web app before start to code ( form of basic language) also you can use VBA for ms excel macro programming.

Depends on what you want to do. The language I started with was HTML (at least my inspiration started there)
