Whether you are a PHP or JavaScript developer, choose PhpStorm. Mainly because it supports JavaScript, HTML, CSS — as well as PHP. I would also recommend you to check out WebStorm if you're a JS dev, however, please be aware that WebStorm doesn't support PHP.
