build website

i wanna build website and social network, is it true that i must learn html first for basic, then php, last is javascript? please advice me... thanks

If you want to built social network you have to know at last basics of all these languages. At first learn HTML becouse it tells what site contains (text, buttons etc.) than learn some css to make this site looks better, and after that go for php and MySQL to create logic of the site
