C# and Big Date ?

I want to know if C # is good for exploring the big data (with scraper and other features) that may exist. I also know that phyton is used in extracting the big data. What C # does not or can do in extracting data on the web. And what is the best programming language for extracting data on the web?

Technically you can do it with almost any decent language. You might want to see for which languages you find useful libraries like DOM Parsers.
