Can we ignore the name and value ??and why the value is 2 there??

you can ignore the value I think you don't need value for check box but (female) you have to write before input or after you close it like this : female <input type="checkbox" name="aaa" /> or <input type="checkbox" name="aaa" /> female

and what about radio? do i need value for that? and please tell me what is the main role of value and name?

also radio hasn't value and for main role I don't know if there is mine role but I think you will write the value according the attributes
