I downloaded a file on my phone(itel 143+) after I deleted it, this opened in a file save as .dp I changed it to .text and bmmm! this ( SQLite format 3

it was a daily planner file which goes to the calender.. or it can be a data file or a portable document... not every file have the same encodings
