Kotlin, I'd argue. It's the future replacement of Java. Its syntactically cleaner, and arguably more powerful. However that's not enough to be the future. What makes it the future is its ability to be put in existing Java code. This is allows companies to add it onto their existing code bases instead of taking a risk. It is not popular now, but I'm certain it will be. its officially recognized by Android. If you're new to programming, learn Java first then Kotlin after.

Important languages like C++ and Java lose more and more popularity. They are replaced by other, very purpose-specific languages. It seems there is not a language more important than others. But does it even matter which language you learn? Do you learn a language, or programming? If you know how to program you can learn any language in less than 10 hours (not perfectly of course. You need to get used to the language first).

@louis idk where you get your information from about C++ becoming less popular. maybe it is your "opinion" on it but i think you should take a look at github and other resources. C++ is still growing. not as fast as some other languages no. but it is certainly not losing popularity. C++ wont die out for some time. not as long big companies exsist and the whole gaming industry falls apart some how. far as what you said about being replaced with purpose specific languages. they will only go so far. which means it makes them limited to certain tasks only... languages like C++ that is possibly the fastest language to boot.
