whats the order you do things with these for example

js = coding

html = presentation

HTML: Create stuff
CSS: Make it look pretty
JavaScript: Make it do something
Pretty much sums it up

um its like human. u create the skeleton and then the organs and then u dress them. so yeah html and then js and then css

ohhhhhhh lol html is to create the structure of the page since its a markup like oh i want the title to be this i want the heading to be this i want the buttons there and then js is like oh if u click this imma play some animation, also i can do things like if u click this button imma pop a prompt box on you asking for your name which makes the html page kinda alive and css is like oh imma dress u up and i think u look good with a blue background color?

Without CSS, your website would rather look like a text, therefore, Js would not be that useful. I suggest HTML, CSS, then Js. Plus, this question has been posted million times, use the search bar for more answers and avoid repetition.
