Dear, solo learners where do you also increase your skill?

I can't clearly understand just from using sololearn. And also in challenges have incorrect questions and in courses also have incorrect answer.

To be honest with you, I didn't understand the first time I read through, and every time I read through again, I understand something better than I did the previous time. So, what do I suggest? Read through it, even if you don't understand. Practice what you just learned. Read through it again - this time take notes of what you don't understand. Research what you don't understand, learn more about it, view examples, get opinions, ask questions... Then practice some more and include those things in what you practice. Keep reading, researching, learning more, ask questions, etc... and you'll be well on your way to understanding. Most of my learning came from trial & error, spending endless hours debugging, asking questions, and from just continuously creating more things. My rule of thumb - mess with code, break code, see what happens when you do something you're unsure of, and learn from it all.

sorry, English is not my first language that's why I didn't understand the idiom "Stay hungry and believe in progress". Could you explain the meaning?

I can only talk about my way. (Everyone's different, self-awareness) My answer would be this- Make yourself stay curious. When we are engaged in something ,and we curious about the answer, we tend to find the it. ( Like you doing rn.) I would add aswell that you could try other courses, that may have different perspective, words used ,etc. on the topics you struggle here on SL. Youtube/Google are great sources. Next month Im planning to start Teamtreehouse course. I would suggest doing researche before diving into any courses. Stay hungry and believe in progress. :)

Best way to learn is by doing your own projects. When you encounter something you can't do, just google it or post a question somewhere.
