All programming languages seems hard at first for someone new to programmimg; i recommend you using a block-based programmimg framework first, such as Game Maker Studio or Scratch to learn the general programming structure; once you feel confortable with it you can jump to a more manual programming language; if you want to develop pc programs i recommend you c++, c#, python or ruby; if yours is programming to make either a website or a web game i recommend html + css + javascript; plus php and sql if you want users to be able to make an account for your website, jquery is also handy for web development in almost every way too; or if you want to make iOS applications you can go with swift; you can currently learn any of them fairly easy in sololearn! hope you have a great time here =' 3

Depends on what is it that you want to do with programming. Do you want to build games, get a job, hobby, build websites?
