in all Bluetooth devices which common language are they coded with.

I don't think that there is a common language in all BT devices, the same way that there isn't any common language to code USB, WiFi or other communications protocols/standards.
in Bluetooth you have different layers that can be coded in different languages from verilog until JavaScript. Depending on the used platform.
