I have problem in php telegram bot

I have problem.
I have file rename code and prepared the code for my bot of telegram.
And upload to the host and setwebhook the code.
but I got a error in the host.
The name of the error file is error log.
in the error written in the lines 55,56,177 of code has a problem.
and when i send file for edit name the robot don send Editable file.
hwo can help me?

I think, it is very hard to build a telegram bot in php. I have built one in python and it was very easy, so my tip would be, maybe it's easier in python
