Is there a way to see answers to challenge questions?

I don't feel like I learn anything from getting questions wrong in challenges.

After both sides complete a challenge session, you may tap into the session, there will be an option to view correct answers.

When the challenge finishes (both players complete the challenge) under the results there is an option: View correct answers.
Make sure you don't have an old version of sololearn. If so update it..
