Nope Sami, rotations do not work... it is not all.
Here a fixed/private version, it works on old browsers too.

Does not work in my browser, you have to put all the -webkit- rules before the "standard rules", even if you did not add any rule to make it compatible. :/

If i click on the circle there is a simple animation but i don't think it is the effect you wanted to make.
