Quick question.. Has anyone who learned programming from sololearn actually gotten a real paid job from their knowledge here?

Yes, but Sololearn was only something about 10% of source knowledge/skills. Grab another resources and practice, and for the best keep some projects in a pocket. These are the most important for employer.

Well, it depends. If it is about me, it was Khan Academy, Rails Guides, the series "Learn enough ... to be dangerous" and doing mini projects.
