Good to see someone from Poland here.
I can't tell you why. It could be many things: Where are you looking? Maybe the demand is less there than other places, that's very possible also. It's hard to say when I'm not part of the process you've been going through to find a job.
Many people use it, although I don't personally find much use for it with myself. I've been working in the corporate world for awhile as a developer, and this much is true... times and technology changes a lot, and it's your job to move with the time/technology. As such, even once you get a job as a developer, you'll always be on the "learning path" and acquiring more knowledge/skills over the years. It's really a beautiful process honestly.
Anyways, just keep looking and exhaust all of your resources. I wish you the best of luck.

You must be kidding. I owe most of my ROR knowledge to a company from your country. It's called Netguru ( https://www.netguru.co/ ) and they have like 10-12 branch offices in Poland I think.
"Because is new langue or is useless?"
Here are some current vacancies for Ruby on Rails devs, I don't think companies would offer money for a useless tech.

But, you're right in a way, Ruby On Rails hype is very little nowadays. But as I've said many times to others, just because the hype is gone, doesn't mean the language is dead. Ruby is still being updated constantly thanks to it's awesome community.

Well, I am from Poland, too. Since May I work as a Ruby on Rails Developer in Crackow. It has huge potential. Great for Backend.
