Why is there not a generalized Programming language that can serve all needs instead of so many languages like c, java, Python, jsp,HTML, php,etc

Is there an option of creating a single language that will serve all needs?

It web designing we use kinds of coding. In my opinion It ok and better to have all in a unique one. You can do HTML as well as you like you or some one else can add some more code (As some more class) to make it more beautiful. and some one and make JS for it for beter actions. Even in C there is not just a C pure text due to executing. You should code using some extera lasses to create and design DLLs and special codes for views and so an. Css is developed to store style attribute of html tags. so it has s little deference with HTML

because of the security and new technology aspect.in modem time people's want some advanced and easy to used terms.thats why these languages are developed.

No...that's because you need a program to execute those languages. A example of it is that a web-browser cannot execute a C++ code, unless it is using any support method.
