Which program/application is the best for providing the user a compiler that supports all languages?

Instead of install all the compilers and IDEs one by one, I'm looking for a program for PC that is functional, easy to use and with some extras like the colours of the codes, etc...

@Martin Taylor I'm not looking for the perfection, because there are more than eight thousand programming languages in the world, but for a program that can read the most known languages like C, C#, C++, Python, Java, Html etc...
