What do I need to become a web designer?

I am 16 years old and interested in working in this area in the future.( I am brasilian)

A web designer is supposed to design the interface(UI) while keeping in mind the experience(UX). These tasks,technically, don't require any knowledge of a web language but knowing HTML and CSS is handy. The most important tools of web designing are Sketch 3, Photoshop , InDesign and Illustrator. After done of HTML&HTML5 , CSS&CSS3 get to know about JavaScript and its libraries. And for responsive websites you shall use Bootstrap
