It is possible, but why would you do that.
However if you want to, it will be better to understand one really well before creating your own.

In agreeance with Farshad, you need to really know the ins-and-outs of a language before you embark on making your own.

I know because I have been trying to build my own compiler, from Zang (my language) to C++. It is a lot harder than you may think it is. If you do try, however, I wish you the best of luck.
