How long to become a self taught full stack web developer?

Hi, uhm I did chemistry at the university during while I felt in love with coding. I want to know approximately how long does it take for a self taught learner to become a full stack web developer using php as back end and HTML, css, JavaScript as front end etc....

It depends on the time you spend to learn something, if you have previous experiences, etc. It is not important when you will be able to work because you will learn new things for almost all your life, it is more important when you start. ;)

On an approx I would say within half a year you will be able to make good websites(know all the required basics) . It would take another half year to become intermediate (know advanced stuff) and another year for becoming a professional (knowing almost everything). Still its invertially proportional on the time you spend per day or week

I got you. But that's why I used the term "approximately". On average, people are spending how much time on it?? Is there a poll realized by a credible person etc...
