Are these 4 languages your only options? JavaScript is everywhere on the web and wouldn't disappear for a long time. That said, Java is a veteran powerful language which would survive too.
Ruby has an easier syntax but I prefer PHP as server side PL. But if you go for web development, you'll need atleast html, css, JavaScript on your side. Your choice amigo.

Python is becoming increasingly more and more popular, swift is a good language for iOS and OS. Also as Van said, Java is a very strong veteran language that won't be going away anytime soon. Don't overthink it, when you master your first language learning others will be much easier.
