There are several ways.
One, by need. Or what language you urgently need at the moment.
Or two, by easiness. Builds stronger foundation to learn to embrace complexity.

It depends on what you want to do. Example u want to work on android? then java. Windows the c# and so on.... But most of the languages are general purpose

Hmm as u learn the languages, u might identify some similarities between then. Honestly, I don't know if there is a language that might help you learn the other. From some little experience if you start from any language u can easily learn others: it's the syntax and some features that could change.

im just starting cause im goin for cce in university in like 2 months so i kind of need some foundatiom before i start

go with web development with HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery within the line

can i start now with it without prior knowledge of any language or thats gonna be hard
