Why data base manager are not able to share information ?

Your first question did not mention anything about software limitation, just asking "...why they are not able to share...". I was just saying my opinion, anyway, thanks for the down vote.

To publish bank account information is a violation against privacy and breaking the customers' trust of the bank. Ask yourself first, would you want your account information be shared or published?

I am not asking if they want to brake the trust or not. I am asking whether there a software limitation on not .if a limitation is explane
