Any tips for more efficient learning?

Question

I've never really done online classes/courses. So even though i'm currently going through the java course, and doing well on the quizzes at times and taking notes... I still feel a bit like i'm not learning as well as I should.

So i'm a bit stumped and just asking around you know.

Anything you folks do to learn these courses more efficiently?

Another thing I would do is install eclipse on my computer and watch YouTube Derek banas java in one video over and over

Realize own ideas...like a game or an other applications...this is the best way to practice you're programming skills
