You will understand this language better, but you don't have to. Sololearn is made for learning "from zero"

Not necessarily. C++ is C with OOPs concept. Whatever you'll learn in C, you'll again learn in C++ added with OOPs concept. Both the languages are almost same.
And taking about the syntactical difference then one of the major difference is of cout as printf and cin as scanf.
Do not worry. Start with C++. Not a problem.
