So, is it better to stick with one language and specialize in it as a beginner?
If I stick with one language and try to master it, will I essentially be a master of every other language (or at least a lot of other ones)? Guess I should just try to do little projects on Java instead of learning 3 programming languages right now.

always one language at a time, especially if you're a beginner. You'll need to understand the fundamentals properly, not just how they're implemented.
After you are advanced enough in one, you'll find learning other languages is drastically easier since nearly every language follows the same principles. Some have more tools than others, but they all generally follow similar guidelines.
