How so i reopen a non public save code?

What do u mean by non public save code? Is it the third party code u r talking about?

If u r at chrome browser, press ctrl+u and you will be able to see the whole html+css+java script code.

If u want to edit it press F12 or goto inspect element in the context menu.

Go to the code you saved, press Save as and press the "Public" button to toggle it on and off.
