Is code blocks the best for c++?? Or should I go for dev c++ ??
are their any other free softwares that are better ?

I think code blocks is preferable over Dev c++.

Good question. I'm using codeblocks, but this post and it's replies made me consider using visual studio.

Code blocks is pretty good, there is also visual studio which is what I use and love

between these two I myself prefer codeblocks
