What are your views about recent development on Artificial intelligence?

Guys what do you think about the path Artificial intelligence is heading? I mean there are pretty scary developments. FB stopped one of its AI chatbot project due their ability to develop their own cryptic language. And of course it's just the beginning.

I think it is getting rather disturbing. For example have you seen this woman robot that they created recently..."she" can mimic human facial expression in a rather unsettling manner. "She" also says that "she" wants to kill off all humans...

I think ai cars will be good, mostly for my dad so he can drive his car without people trying the cut him off, or get their car in his car or other things like that. however some things might be good! automated McDonald's costs less and more work would be put into the Burgers than currently, it would also challenge burger flippers to do more with their life.
other than that, Google's AI is getting kinda creepy. and that's just the start! Google tracks you, knows where you usually are every second of the day, it has started telling my dad that it is time to go to work!
ai is getting way too personal for my liking.
let's hope it don't continue this way!
